Acceptable but with Issues
spacious roomcleaning staffdo not disturb
the room was spacious for two people.
the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking, despite the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed on the door. the first time they apologized, it was a mistake. however, the second time, they attempted to blame me. this is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel, as staff should always double-check before entering a room with a dnd sign, or at least call the room first.

The staff was very nice. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the pizza was quite good. The hotel was clean, a welcome aspect.
There was no complimentary water. I think this should be standard! There was no iron either. I found the lack of these amenities inconvenient.
